Ina-Garten

Ina Garten, an American author of cookery books as well as Emmy Award-winning host of Food Network's longest-running program Barefoot Contessa which began broadcasting in 2002, has 27 seasons to 2020. Ina began her career in creating nuclear energy policies as well as budgets of the White House. While she initially found the work interesting and stimulating, she soon became bored. Barefoot Contessa was then purchased. It took her nearly 18 years to make her shop hugely successful, and then decided to sell it. Then she began writing one of her cookbooks. Other cookbooks followed, as did magazine columns. In the meantime, her Food Network television show too made its debut and became a hit. In addition, she sells everything from cooking equipment to items and even containers. Ina did not go to a cooking academy and has never had any experience in a restaurant. She is self-taught. Her relaxed approach to entertaining and her straightforward cooking style is well-known. Her best-known recipes include Skillet Lemon Chicken roasted by Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic-roasted Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars and Mac & cheese.
